At Mancera Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
